How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

It feels as sturdy as the Corsair version, with the added benefit of a wireless charging dock – a huge plus as I needed one instead of constantly plugging in my phone.
I’ve owned a few RGB mouse pads, and this one is great because it also includes wireless charging. The RGB lighting is a nice touch, but I often find myself not using it. The pad itself is firm but comfortable during long gaming sessions. The rubber backing keeps it firmly in place, even with heavy use. It might be a bit small if you’re using a full-size keyboard, but it’s perfect for a 65% keyboard, even on a low DPI mouse setting.
This is a hybrid between a mouse pad and a mat. It’s generously sized and fits perfectly on the front of my desk. My keyboard sits comfortably on it with plenty of room to maneuver my mouse. It’s soft and has a non-slip bottom, staying firmly in place.
